Dr. Evgeny Finkel, professor of political science and international affairs at George Washington University, representatives of the Stanley Foundation and individuals who can give firsthand accounts of mass violence and atrocities in their home countries will gather to speak about the growing incidents of mass violence and atrocities which force millions to seek refuge.
