Professor Toshihiro Nakayama, Ph.D., is a professor of American politics and foreign policy at the faculty of policy management at Keio University and is an adjunct fellow at the Japan Institute of International Affairs. Professor Nakayama, who was a high school exchange student in Watertown, will provide a broad assessment of past U.S.-Japan relations and the current state and future direction of that relationship.
